Objectives: 

1. To provide outreach for individuals in the community to make appropriate and rationale choices about their health; to engage the community to provide social and intellectual support for each other

2. Offer consultation/advice to the community; providing education and out-reach to community focusing on healthy living, eating, and aging.

3. Engage and mobilize the London community to promote volunteerism, team work and leadership including working with local non-profit organizations and collaborating with other national and international partners.

 

Long-term goal:  Extending the findings obtained from the case study in London to other communities/locations.
